Best dining options for foodies while at Sea World Orlando?

My husband and I are going to Sea World Orlando soon, and I was wondering what the best dining options were there (that are perhaps aimed at adults, rather than kids)? Also, an approximately cost for said venture? We're considering Sharks Underwater Grill, is it worth it? Lunch or dinner?

1. Charlies Steak house. I live in Orlando and the choices are endless. I do recommend the Pirate dinner and theater show. It's excellent.
2. All the food at these sites is mediocre and expensive. You would do better to get your hand stamped at the gate and go to a real restaurant for a serious meal. Then you can go back to the park and just show your hand to get in. Google the park site and it should tell you prices and probably menus too.
